I am a dancer, yoga instructor and holistic health coach! My goal is to merge art and wellness in order to make meaningful connections and create transformative experiences. My dance/yoga fusion classes (Yogarina Series & Shake Your Chakras!®) are intended to provide a creative outlet for students to express their unique voice. I am passionate about holistic nutrition which led me to create programs for wellness seekers to find vibrant health body, mind, and soul!
