Invest 1.5 hours learning the top 25 landmarks as visualized and felt (palpated) through the surface of the body.  Gain a more in-depth knowledge of these important landmarks by learning how and where to find them in a fun and interactive workshop format.  The landmarks will be a combination of bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments throughout the entire body.  They will be observed both statically and in motion.     This workshop is ideal for yoga instructors who want to learn to cue, assist, and observe students proficiently as well as seasoned yoga students who want to understand the human body better to enhance their personal practice.  The hours will count for Yoga Alliance continuing education.

The whole class is designed around using touch, or palpation, to identify structures in the body.  This is done with partners and a discussion of permissive touch is always had prior to starting this type of workshop.
