The YogarinaFLOW™ is a dance inspired take on traditional yoga. The class includes a dynamic vinyasa flow and moves on to compare and contrast the techniques of dance versus yoga. The emphasis is on breath and fluidity of transitions, finding new pathways from one pose to the next.  All levels are welcome to explore the connection between the two practices, blending classical elements of dance with free movement and personal expression. Come unlock your creativity and unique style with this fun, energetic dance flow!
