The vagus nerve is a pair of cranial nerves extending from the brain stem all the way to the internal organs.  These nerves innervate virtually all of our internal organs, moving from the brain stem to the heart, lungs, digestive tract, all the way to the colon. The vagus nerves literally activate the parasympathetic nervous system. In this 2 hour workshop we will discuss the importance and role of the Vagus Nerves and how they apply to our practice.
