Limited Capacity seats available

Chanting is known in several cultures as a way of calming the mind, reducing anxiety, and to manage stress. There are several ways in which this is practiced. For instance, repetitive vocalization, mantra meditation, and breath-synchronized internal chanting are some of the most followed ways. This workshop will introduce several neutral chanting methods (acceptable to everyone irrespective of the belief system).
The attendees will be able to
• Get acquainted with the ancient literary excerpts on chanting
• Get to practice key chanting from both the ancient Siddha/Tamil tradition and new chanting exercises designed by Dr. Sundar.
• Understand the biological mechanisms of chanting.
