Wisdom Warriors™: If You Build It, They Will Come.   The second half of life is a time when many people finally begin to have the time to devote to their practice. Even if they are seasoned practitioners, the inevitable changes in the body can make our poses seem more and more problematic which has a direct effect on our mind. This immersion will give people tools they can use in their practice and/or teaching to build or re-build their strength and stamina at mid-life and beyond. During this time of life it is essential to gain deeper understanding of one's own unique body, even if you thought you understood anatomy before your 50th birthday.

In this class you will
*discover what is unique about your spine and how to work most effectively with it
*learn about your joints and how to protect work with more efficiently
*take time to observe your mental attitude and beliefs in order to adjust to an even higher frequency as needed.

All ages and levels of experience are welcome. The only requirement is to come with an open mind and heart and a willing body, eager to grow in the company of like minded individuals.
