Do you know what your Qi feels like?  Have you heard people talk about about "raising your vibration", or somebody having a "good vibe"?  If you can't identify your Qi, Ki, Mana or Prana, allow me to introduce you to this practice.

High Vibration Qi Gong focuses on raising your Qi.  High Vibration Qi Gong will help you learn how to shake and tap and raise your vibration to a higher frequency whenever you wish. No mat is needed. The practice can be done standing or sitting. All experience levels are welcome.

Did you know that all animals shake or vibrate off trauma after a near-death experience? This class will give you a similar benefit as well as rejuvinating benefit.  Recharging your Qi/Vitality/Prama/life force will help you improve and maintain your health.

Some 70% of the human body is water.  If your fluids are not moving properly, your body becomes stagnant.  A healthy river flows, and circulation of the lymphatic, cardio, bone marrows, spinal fluid and all fluids/energies in the body are encouraged by this practice.
High Vibration Qigong will help you
  • Release stress by shaking it off, more gentle than vibration plate machine.
  • Activate your core energies
  • Cultivate your own Qi (increase your energy)
  • Become sensitive to your Qi
  • Strengthen digestive functions; ease constipation
  • Remove blockage and open meridans channels
  • Improve your sleep
  • Strengthen your bones, joints and tendons
  • Improve your balance and reduce the risk of falls
