In this 3-hour workshop you will learn:  - Joint Mobility & Preparation  - Proper Breathing (yogic & compressive)  - Tension Drills (maximizing the muscle already on your frame)  - Biomechanics — we will use mostly calisthenics exercise including Push-ups, Pull-ups, and a wide variety of not-so-common movements and their variations.   - The Philosophy of Strength, what it means to be strong.   - A fundamental understanding of strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and agility and how to work each system.
