This class is a blend of Ancient Wisdom of Yoga with discoveries in modern science of Positive Psychology. We will apply discoveries in neuroscience behind habit formation, learn yoga postures to rewire the brain with new good habits, learn healing and wellness techniques of Mindfulness Meditation. This class will include presentations, group discussion and journaling and end with practice of hatha yoga asanas that supports scientific findings on Happiness.
