Very often Chair Yoga is dismissed as lesser or not challenging enough. Yoga asana means we are conscious in our body, or not. There is always a challenge. Neurobiologists say that is what makes yoga work. Our different and beautiful bodies can benefit from the resistance, support and stabilizing factors we can gain from utilizing chairs. After all they are more prolific than yoga mats in our world. Come and join me in a conscious practice with your new 'bestie' and challenge your boundaries and frontiers
