In this talk we will delve into Karma Yoga as defined by Sri Krishna.  How to make 'action without desire' as taught by Bhagvad Gita relevant and practical in modern work environment. This talk will include 
  • Balancing ambition and contentment, humility and self confidence at work place
  • Developing introspection skills to perform tasks efficiently and without attachment   
  • Pranayama techniques to build resilience and even mindedness for a meaningful conflict resolution  
  • Mindful meditation for developing emotional maturity in handling difficult people and situations  
  • Yagna (fire ceremony) - letting go of self defeating thoughts and actions   
  • Dependence on intuition on when to stand up for a cause and when to surrender.
