Limited Capacity seats available

Discover your “true north” with an immersive wilderness yoga experience in the beautiful
surrounds of Sedona. Together we will cultivate earth intimacy and connection to the elements

Using the wisdom from our earth and accessing insights from our bodies, we nurture self and
space with physical movements that invite harmony with all. Explore how yoga changes when
we take our practice outside and engage with the natural environment.
