The Band of Now is more an idea than a group. Our focus is on sharing our gifts, Kirtan & Raja Yoga, with all who would receive them. And to recognize fully our equal-ness in our togetherness, and the power of co-creating when our focus is in the heart! Separate as One was the point so we could experience “Together”!
So relax, breath and sing of beautiful things! And join us for a sweet gathering of singing divine names and prayers. Kirtan is a call and response style of singing based in the Bhakti yoga science. Stilling the mind, softening the heart, evoking joy, and dissolving separateness are just some of the magical benefits of this ancient practice. And it's just a sweet time in community. No experience necessary.
