Morning Yoga & Self-Healing Class with live savasana music by Wah! followed by an hour of Sanskrit chanting. Afternoon meditative workshop called Talk Tone Heal – toning, meditation, dialogue and discussion for healing and communication. This immersion is a must for anyone working with clients with PTSD, injury, illness, stress, grief or dementia. She has lectured at Princeton University, Loyola Marymount University, performed with Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, and taught at Omega Institute and 1440 Multiversity. She’s been featured in Ladies Home Journal, Mantra Yoga & Health Magazine and Yoga International Magazine. She has spent the last 25 years teaching workshops, women’s retreats, yoga teacher training and sound healing training modules in addition to performing music concerts, Healing Concerts and DJ sets.
