This is a guided conscious movement class that taps into sensation and uses imagery as a means to bring joy and a sense of contentment into this vessel we call home. It is a blend of dance, yoga and other energy practices that work on alignment, release, and freedom of expression.  The class is designed to start a dialogue between mind and body. We will bridge the gap between HealingPAQ's chakra circulation practices, yoga, and dance in order to become more in tune with our energetic centers and how to release their potential in the physical realm.
