As a trained healthrhythms facilitators Andrew and Monica will facilitate a transformative experience that utilizes the oldest form mind body wellness Drumming, Singing and Dancing.  Every person will get an instrument together. We will create a sacred space for the exploration of sound Monica and Andrew have facilitated thousands of drum circles together and you will be completely uplifted and feel better by the end of this amazing experience.
