Dasarath Pandit has been a bhakti-yoga practitioner/teacher since 1971, and is a direct disciple of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. His devotional music talents have also produced two very popular kirtan CDs by the Red Rock Rishis (http://RedRockRishis.com), and he established a Indian Zebu cow sanctuary (goshala) in the Verde Valley in 2012 (http://LoveTheCows.com).

He is the founder of two Vedic cultural centers and temples, in both Tucson and Phoenix, as well as the co-founder of Govinda's Natural Foods Restaurant in Tucson, whose spiritual cuisine has delighted thousands for over a span of more than 30 years.

Dasarath has been on pilgrimage to India over forty times, visited dozens of holy places to learn and practice devotional yoga, and has lived in Indian ashrams there for two years. * He regularly takes groups on sacred India tours (http://IndiaShaktiTours.com).

His knowledge of both Vedic spiritual wisdom and his experience in leading kirtan, has enthused many yoga practitioners. He has a style for presenting the teachings of the Vedas with seriousness, wit, and humor.
