Dennis M. Harness, Ph.D. is a professional astrologer holding a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology. For more than forty years, he has studied and practiced both Sideral and Tropical techniques. Dr. Harness is the President Emeritus of the American College of Vedic Astrology and organizer of the Sedona conferences since 1998. Dennis is the author of The Nakshatras: The Lunar Mansions of Vedic Astrology and is currently working on a trilogy titled The Karmic Code.
