Tawny Sterios is a mother, teacher, doula, circle guide, and nature enthusiast, who has taught yoga and led women’s circles and retreats nationally and internationally for 15 years. She is a RYT500 teacher certified in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, certified as a Pre/Post Partum Doula, and a Pre/Post Natal Yoga Instructor. Tawny has been a featured model in Yoga Journal Magazine (2011-12) and was also in a select group of yoga instructors invited to the Obama White House (2011-2013) to teach for one of the First Lady's anti-obesity initiatives.
